Name of Property: St John of the Doves – "Αγιος Ιωάννης των Περιστερών". Location: Corfu, Greece. South of Corfu Town between the resort villages of Benitses and Moraitika on the south‐east coast of the island, approximately 20 minutes drive from Corfu’s international airport. This land for development in Corfu is conveniently located close to many restaurants, shops, resort facilities, and beaches. A world class marina has been approved to be built, five kilometres from the property. Size of Area: Total Area of land for development in Corfu is approximately 32 hectares (approximately 80 acres) ‐ The total floor area of the buildings (excluding the church) is 685.63 square metres - the area of the church is 62 square metres.
